About This Case
Merchant Law Group LLP has launched class action litigation against the following rental car companies, Avis, Budget, Hertz, and enterprise car rental companies proposing compensation on behalf of consumers who were either not aware of the added fees charged to their car rental invoice or were not aware that the extra fees collected by the car rental companies was actually the cost of doing business. These fees actually inflated the cost of the base rental car fee once the consumer paid the final bill. In some cases these extra fees were not made aware to the consumer at the time of the car rental. In some cases these fees were made out to be taxes and or other fees that the car rental companies were obligated to collect from the consumer when in fact these fees were part of the cost of operating a car rental company.
