Settlement Update
We are pleased to announce that the Canada-wide settlement reached in the Yasmin/YAZ Class Action has been approved by the Canadian Courts, and the individual compensation claims process is now underway. Eligible Class Members may submit an individual Claim for compensation under the terms of the Settlement, via the Claims process at www.yasminyazclassactioncanada.ca Any Class Member who wishes to seek compensation under this Class Action Settlement must complete a Claim Form and submit it, along with all necessary supporting documentation, to the Claims Administrator (“Epiq”) by April 9, 2027 (11:59 p.m. Eastern Time).
