The settlement of the CommInsure Class Action was approved by the Federal Court of Australia on 28 August 2026. On this date, the Federal Court also approved the Settlement Distribution Scheme and appointed KordaMentha to administer it. KordaMentha's role is to assess claims and distribute settlement monies to eligible Group Members.
